Solar PV Sales Director - South East Asia

Are you a Senior Sales professional, with a strong network of EPC/Utility clients across South East Asia?

CSG are currently partnered with a leader in the pv manufacturing market, who are significantly expanding their global presence and therefore seeking a professional and highly motivated Sales Director for the South East Asia region.

As Sales Director, you will be responsible for:

• Generating new business and establishing relationships with EPCs and Utility clients across the region, whilst building upon existing business.
• Creating and implementing a successful business strategy for the region.
• Define sales targets and KPI's for each region, ensuring that business revenue is in line with these targets.
• Recruit, train and manage Regional Sales Manager's for South East Asia.

To be considered for the position of Sales Director, you must be able to demonstrate the following skills and experience:

• Previous experience in the PV market, in a Sales fouced role.
• A strong existing network of EPC's and Utility companies across South East Asia.
• Proven track record in sales.
• Fluent in English
• Self motivated and performance driven.
